We are looking for patients to join the Rydings Hall Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG).
The PPG meets 3–4 times a year to discuss past, current, and future developments at the practice. Meetings are attended by a Practice Manager and a clinician, providing an opportunity for patients and staff to work together to improve our services.
As a member of the PPG, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be the voice of our patients and help shape the future of the practice.
- Share your views, ideas, and feedback.
- Help identify areas for improvement and support positive change.
- Chair meetings (if you wish), contribute to the meeting agenda, and assist with producing meeting minutes.
If you are a registered patient at Rydings Hall Surgery and would like to get involved, we would love to hear from you.
You can join by:
- Completing one of our PPG leaflets, available in the waiting room.
- Speaking to a member of our Reception team for more information.
- Downloading the information leaflet using the link below and reading the attached Terms of Reference.
Your views matter, and by joining the PPG you can help us continue to improve the care and services we provide to our community.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Patient Participation Group.
